Mr. Whalen's career path quickly veered of the normal attorney course as he quickly became involved in helping real estate and business owners sell their properties and businesses. Since 2007, Mr. Whalen has assisted in dozens of transactions selling commercial property and/or businesses. Mr. Whalen no longer actively practices as an attorney and concentrates solely on assisting Pennsylvania commercial property owners and business owners sell their properties and businesses. Mr. Whalen is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and maintains an active Pennsylvania law license.
